Gemma is a Compliance Manager at Compliance and Training Solutions Limited (CATS), one of the UK’s premier compliance consultancies.

Gemma has worked in the Financial Services profession for over 20 years in a variety of roles and her technical expertise is well renowned, having had opinion pieces published in the industry press.

Gemma began her career at a large UK bank as customer service adviser until being promoted to Branch Manager with a team of over 20 at the age of 24. Gemma has been with CATS since 2013 and is now part of their management team assisting in the development of the business.

Outside of work, most of Gemma’s spare time is taken up with her two young daughters enjoying the delights of the South West.
